North River Dental held a food drive for the Still Point House of Prayer food pantry. Still Point is a non-profit organization that was founded by Franciscan nun, Sister Nora Brick. Their mission is two-fold: to reach out to the disadvantaged in our Bradenton community by restoring, or leading them, to a life-changing encounter with God through both spiritual (Prayer & Healing) and material (Community Outreach) assistance. Thank you to everyone who donated! Our patient support was AMAZING!
The North River Dental team, family and friends volunteered at the Manatee Habitat for Humanity, in Palmetto, FL. There are 12 homes being built for some very deserving families. Many of those family members also participated, as they are required to, but seemed only too happy to do it. The North River Dental team was involved in putting up blinds, laying sod, planting trees, etc. As always, we had a great time for a good cause!
