Payment Options

Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s physical and psychological well being. Financial considerations should never be an obstacle to helping you achieve the SMILE you want! Because we know that each patient has different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we offer a variety of payment options.

Our office can set you up with flexible monthly payments through Capital One Healthcare and provide interest free loans, upon approval, through CareCredit.

Charges are payable at the time services are rendered. Patients can also elect to pay half of the total cost at the start of treatment and the remaining balance at the end. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

Insurance  

As a courtesy to our patients, we will be glad to file your dental claim for you. However, ultimately, it is the patient’s responsibility to keep up with all of their insurance benefits and any changes that may take place. We cannot and do not guarantee payments from insurance companies. The insurance company determines all benefits. Patients are expected to pay their estimated percentages and deductibles at the time of treatment.

We cannot compromise on your care, but we can do our best to help you get the benefits you deserve. Our office is obligated to provide you with the treatment you need, but your insurance carrier is only obligated to pay what your policy contract calls for.
